3 series of 20 reps on the right and left sides. Rest for 1 minute between each series.
Breathe in during the backward lunge, and breathe out on the way up.

Keep your shoulders away from your ears. Keep your torso and pelvis straight and still. Your toes and knees must stay aligned, the movement is performed vertically. .
