Exercise: Alternate scissors with the Gym Door
Hip flexor and abdominal exercise
3 series of 20 reps, alternating the left and right. Rest for 1 minute between each series.
Breathe normally and regularly throughout the entire exercise.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND TECHNIQUE
Try not to move your neck. Keep your shoulders away from your ears. The lower part of your back must always touch the ground.
