Comfort step exercise: chin-up
Shape shoulders and strengthen back muscles.
- The entire lower body
For 30 seconds to 1 minutes with a 10 to 30 second rest between each set. Repeat as many times as desired
Maximum number of repetitions.
Breathe out whilst raising elbows.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS AND TECHNIQUE
Raise hands under the chin.
Raise elbows above shoulders.
Clench your stomach.
Keep chest high up towards ceiling
Look straight ahead of you.
