Comfort step exercise: squats and biceps curls
Strengthen the lower body and arms.
- The entire lower body
For 30 seconds to 1 minutes with a 10 to 30 second rest between each set. Repeat as many times as desired
Maximum number of repetitions.
Breathe out whilst stretching legs.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS AND TECHNIQUE
Push buttocks backwards.
Place feet completely on the step.
Clench your stomach and look straight ahead of you.
