Comfort step exercise: lunges and side lift
Strengthen the lower body and build up muscles overseeing posture
- The entire lower body
For 30 seconds to 1 minutes with a 10 to 30 second rest between each set. Repeat as many times as desired
Maximum number of repetitions.
Breathe out whilst stretching legs.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS AND TECHNIQUE
Firstly stretch out the back leg without bringing the knee of the front leg forward past your toes.
Place feet completely on the step.
Clench your stomach and look straight ahead of you.
