Comfort step exercise: stretch hip, knees bent
Strengthen the lower body and tone arms.
Tone buttock muscles
For 30 seconds to 1 minutes with a 10 to 30 second rest between each set. Repeat as many times as desired
Maximum number of repetitions.
Breathe out whilst climbing.
