Comfort step exercise: dips
Strengthen the back of arms.
Tone buttock muscles
For 30 seconds to 1 minutes with a 10 to 30 second rest between each set. Repeat as many times as desired
Maximum number of repetitions.
Breathe out whilst stretching arms.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS AND TECHNIQUE
Keep hands right next to buttocks and your back close to the step.
Clench your stomach.
Keep chest high up towards ceiling
Look straight ahead of you.
